Belzona 9381 is a high-performance reinforcement sheet made of a 70:30 glass-to-carbon fiber hybrid, pre-qualified for use with Belzona 1981, Belzona 1982, Belzona 1983, and Belzona 1984 resins. Together, they form repairs compliant with ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2 standards. The sheet provides mechanical strength, flexibility, and long-term reinforcement to weakened or damaged substrates. Some widths include a stitched red guide line to ensure correct overlap during installation.
