Rudder repair and protection
Rudders suffering from erosion and corrosion are rebuilt using Belzona’s metal repair composites and epoxy coatings. With insulating properties, our erosion-resistant systems stop corrosion and limit damage from erosive forces. Cavitation is tackled using Belzona 1341 (Supermetalglide) in combination with Belzona 2141 (ACR-Fluid Elastomer).
Marine propulsion system protection and rebuilding
Regardless of vessel type, propulsion systems face cavitation damage. Belzona provides rebuilding and resurfacing products to restore lost material, and our protective coatings safeguard kort nozzles, jet tubes, and propellers from erosion, corrosion, and cavitation.

Accurate alignment of heavy propulsion systems and auxiliary machinery is achieved using Belzona 7111 (Marine Grade), a pourable compound that resists pressure, vibration, and impact for a reliable foundation in marine environments.
Repair and sealing of rubber components
Marine rubber equipment—such as fenders, buoys, bellows, and hoses—can be returned to service with Belzona cold-applied elastomers, reducing downtime and costs compared to replacement.
At sea repairs
For emergency offshore needs, Belzona 1212 epoxy composites bond to wet, oily, or underwater surfaces, providing rapid, safe repairs for pipes, engines, shafts, and hydraulic rams.
Storage tank repair and protection
